 Turbulent flow/ Turboflow HPLC/MS [Bioanalytics]

Hy,

i'd like to know if anyone has any experience in working with turbulent flow/turboflow HPLC/MS systems.
I'm stuck in developing a method (precision is bad) and i would need some help.
