 matrix effect [Bioanalytics]

Dear group members,

case:

If i am using the blank plasma collected in US for the preparation of the CC standards and QC samples, and analysis the subject samples collected in India.

Is it necessary to prove the matrix effect (change in the intra species with matrix)

Dear Ramesh,
  1. I wouldn't mix the matrix effect in chromatography up with different sources of plasma.
  2. All human individuals belong to the species Homo sapiens sapiens - even if you find a living Homo sapiens neanderthalensis probably the concept of different species is debatable. :-D
