For stability exersice is it manditery to use freshly prepared (freshly weighed) stock for preparation of standards or can use stock under stability for preparation of standards for comparism.

As per FDA

"All stability determinations should use a set of samples prepared from a freshly made stock solution of the analyte in the appropriate analyte-free, interference-free biological matrix"
