We¹ found 50.9% for AUC_∞ in 18 subjects (20 mg IR fasting). Five out of the 18 subjects were slow metabolizers resulting in up to 20fold higher AUCs. Be prepared in bioanalytics to cover a wide calibration range. Sorry, I don’t have data on C_max any more (last century…).
Steinijans et al.² reported 32% for AUC_∞ and 41% for C_max in 19 subjects after 4×5 mg IR tablets (no indication of the pranial state).
