 Medroxyprogestrone: Baseline [Design Issues]

Dear All,

Can anybody suggest how many baseline levels should be measured for Medroxyprogestrone, whether this will suffice the requirements i.e -1.0, -0.5, and 0 hours before dosing.

I hope Medroxyprogestrone is not present in the body, hence one beaseline timepoint needed i.e 0.00.

Check once.
