The interaction study should serve you well; the CV from the food study may not reflect the CV in fasted state – use it only as a hint.

Dear friend,

As per our study results, intra-subject CV of Ezetimibe 10mg under fasting condition is 22% with ln-transformed data of Cmax, N=14 evaluated subjects.
