 Diff. Replicate & Cross-over Design?

Hi Karupu,

❝ Please let me know the difference between the 'Replicate and Cross-over design'

Replicate refers to a drug being dosed more than once to the volunteers, for example TRTR/RTRT. In both sequences, both T and R are given twice (=replicate) to volunteers.

Crossover is when one subject receives both test and reference. The contrast is the parallel design.

Pass or fail!
