 Dose Normalization [Design Issues]

Dear All,

Can anyone tell me how to perform dose normalization for below mentioned study?

Relative bioavailability of [five tablets (Dispersible) of fixed dose combination of Rifampicin and Isoniazid 60/30 mg)] and one tablet of Rifa 300mg + 150mg (fixed dose combination containing Rifampicin 300 mg + Isoniazid 150mg)

What do you mean by dose normalization? In both cases you have administered exactly the same doses; 5×60=300 and 5×30=150 or what?
