 Inter subject variability [Design Issues]

Dear all,

Recently we did a parallel study. My doubt is the variabilty (sigma2) we got is for Inter subject variabilty or Total variability?

we used this formula

Inter subject cv= sqrt(exp(sigma2)-1)*100

kindly suggest me.

Best Regards

 Inter subject variability

Dear Priyanka,

you are right; from parallel groups you get total - sometimes also called pooled - variability.
