 4 way crossover [Design Issues]

Dear all,

We are planning to initiate a four way crossover study of Ibuprofen 800 mg Sustained Release Tablets in which bioequivalence will be tested under both fasting and fed conditions.

Treatments will be:

T1:Test under fasting
T2:Test under fed
R1:Reference under fasting
R2:Reference under fed

I need your guidance regarding:
1) Randomization Scheme
2) Statistical Methodology and
3) SAS code for such design

I would highly appreciate your response regarding the same

Best Regards,
Yuvraj
