 Pharmacodynamic analysis of orlistat [Design Issues]

Dear HS,

Please provide the guidance for doing pharmacodynamic anlaysis of orlistat using WinNonlin as per OGD recommendations. I have not experience of using PD model in WinNonlin. Kindly suggest.
