 reference: different strength [Design Issues]

Good afternoon,

Would you like to tell me if it is possible to perform a bioequivalence study when the brand and generic are in different strengths?

The generic is a formulation in double strength (20 mg) compared to the innovator of 10 mg (even the brand is indicated in some cases as 2 tablets, it is not marketed as 20 mg).

Thank you, Ioanam
