 Study on Aspirin [Design Issues]

Dear All,
We are planning a study on Aspirin, which metabolises to salicylic acid in the body, i gather from literatures that Salicylic acid is also synthesised in the body.
It would be of great help if anyone could suggest on the inclusion criteria or any suggestion on the bioanalytical method, to take care of the same.
