Bioequivalence for measuring Fat contents [Design Issues]

Dear sir,

For plasma concentrations it is enough to show the 90% CI of Cmax, AUCt & AUCinf is in between 80-125%.

My doubt is for measuring Fat contents what are the parameters? what is the bioequivalence criteria?

Plz Let me know.

Regards

Raveendranath.
