I have one question and hope some one will help me out in this.

We are planing a multiple dose study for IR reference (BID) formulation and MR test formulation (OD).
Now my question is what are the factors on which one can decide about study design.
Which design is most often used in this type of situation and for how long one should continue sampling in this type of study.

Please give some references/examples if u can for multiple dose study design.
