 AUC%extrapolated

Dear Atak,

there is a rule stating to exclude AUC0-Inf if the extrapolated area is more than 20% of AUC0-tlast. If so, this indicates that your observational period was not long enough to turn into the terminal phase or that the data are implausible for some reason.
However, the 20% are only some arbitrary value and if you do not state this rule before analysis, you will get into trouble.
