 Bioequivalence for oncoproduct [Design Issues]

Dear All

I will much obliged if some one provide information about
1) how to conduct BE study in patients (for cancer drugs)
2) Selection of subjects (various stages of cancer and types are there so on what basis we select them?)
3) Can we stop the patients usual drugs?
