 BA/BE study in opthalmic and respiratory products [Design Issues]

Dear all,

Can you please give me some guidance about the study design, and link for the guidelines for the BA/BE studies in opthalmic and respiratory products?

We have some opthalmic products, and I know that we need to do BA in acq.humor but how and what are the guidelines? I would be really thankful, if you can throw some light on the same issue.
