can you explain if a bioequivalence study regarding oral coantraceptives may be performed on heathy male subjects?

Dear ioanam,
bioequivalence study of oral coantraceptives cannot be done Male Subjects as if done on male subjects it will be an off lablel use of the formulation sine it is to be used only by females.
