Hi

For a bioequivalence study of two drugs with 34 volunteers, how should be a block randomization? What size should be the blocks?

I am not an expert in randomization, however, 34:2=17. You can not devide 17 into equal blocks. So you will have only two blocks, right?

I’m not going to do stratification, but I think we have to use blocks of different sizes randomly selected, is that correct?

Did you read the linked thread? Do whatever you like. BE studies are generally open-label. What do you hope to gain by different block sizes – except satisfying blockheaded inspectors?
