 Folic acid study design [Design Issues]

Dear All

does anyone have experience with a study design for bioequivalence study for folic acid 5 mg tablet

what would be the best population? would the study be as simple as giving the healthy subjects a single dose of each product, measure the baseline at 3-4 different events and do baseline corrections?

i didn't find any standard Bioequivalence studies to use as a reference:confused:
