Can we do the truncated for 96.00 hrs? If can, AUC0-96.00 is acceptable. Kindly let me know.

You are free to do whatever you want. If you want to get some qualified opinions, don’t force us to read tea-leaves. IR/MR? Half-live? Variable clearance? Regulatory agency? Why not 72 h?
