 BE Study for Softgel Capsules [Regulatives / Guidelines]

Just want to know what will be the correct approach to perform BE Study for Soft Gel Capsules against Tablets. What are the supportive dissolution data are required to get the confidence before going for study, if the drug belongs to BCS class II
