Bioequivalence and Bioavailability Forum

Hi, does anyone know of any guideline regarding BA/BE of antipsychotic drugs i.e. risperidone, clozapine, specifically on the type of subjects to be enrolled in the study, healthy or patients? Should the drug be given to healthy subjects, will the drug induce or create psychiatric symptoms? How about the ethical aspects of doing such study? Thanks.
