I WANT TO ASK HS WHY WE ARE NOT DOING THE BA/BE FOR MULTI DOSE STUDY
GENARALLY WE ARE DOING FOR THE SINGLE DOSE STUDY
IS THERE ANY SPECIFIC REGULATORY REQIREMENT TO CONDUCT MULTI DOSE STUDY
PLEASE GUIDE ME

Dear rahul!
  1. Don’t post in upper case letters (see the Policy of the Forum and Hermann’s reply to another post of yours)!
  2. Give a specific Subject line; “for Dosing” is meaningless.
  3. = 1 + 2 + looking at your previous posts: I’m getting the impression you’re a Troll:angry:
  4. Single dose studies have more discriminatory power in detecting differences than multiple dose studies (especially for the rate of BA).

DearRahul,

BA/BE studies are recommended in single dose (highest avilable strength)for immediate release products. For controlled release products multiple dose steady state study recommended. Please refer CPMP guidelines:
