Dear members, if any of the parameter fails in method validation can we repeat it and in what reasons we can repeat the parameters? Please clarify. with regards sri  |

Dear sri, u can repeat that experiment if u hv proper justification of failing. Bcoz experiment may fail due to decrease responses in lc/ms/ms. for eg. if u perform a STSS/LTSS experiment and ur area counts increases then that exp may fail ie out of range. |
