Dear all :-),

Greetings, for a preclinical study we are working in addition of fragments for quantitation in LCMSMS, is it acceptable by the regulatory authorities? kindly give me a suggestion.

Hello Gopi,


We did increase the response of analyte by adding more fragment for quantitation for regulatory study and I believe it should not be a problem as long as your method is validated .
