Bioequivalence and Bioavailability Forum

Dear All,

Kindly suggest me before conduction of full fledged in-vivo bioavailability study of new drug, what are the methods available to predict bioavailability. Either I can do dissolution studies or partition coefficient studies.

I think from the basis of partition coefficient studies we can get some rough idea about absorption pattern of the treatment.

Kindly comment on the same it will really helpful to me.
