Any one please help statistical approaches for dose-finding PK studies. How can i conclude or select the dose which having the high efficacy.

Hi,

Not able to understand meaning of high efficacy here.

If you follow the sentinel dosing in your study design, you can conclude the dose based on PK and PD correlation.
