 Ethics comittee [Regulatives / Guidelines]

Dear All

As per new rules GSR 227(E) dated 19 march 2019 released by CDSCO, can independent ethics committee gives the approval for clinical trial studies:confused: who do not have their own ethics committee within the city or 50 km radius.

What should be the criteria for interval of meetings in this case or as per sop.

Your views will be highly appreciated
