Dear Hari Emmadi,

Did yo try and do your own homework before asking somebody else to do it for you ? You know the name of the Regulatory Authority in the Philippines. When I typed "BFAD" in Google, their web site was the first hit. The home page refers to ASEAN guidelines. And there is even a Google search window on their main page, in which you can just type "bioequivalence" and see what happens.
