• In Vitro Metabolism and Transporter-Mediated Drug-Drug Interaction Studies
• Clinical Drug Interactions Studies – Study Design, Data, Analysis, and Clinical Implications

Dear all,

could you help me about how I proceed with DDI tests to new ophthalmic formulations in fixed combination of two drugs?
I do not found any guide with recommendations about that. But, I think that PK studies is not enough and not applied.
