Statistical analysis for more number of ambulatory samples. [Regulatives / Guidelines]

Hello all,

We have a parallel study protocol which has blood draws up to 1296 hrs. 14 in-house and 15 ambulatory samples. According to guidelines subject with three or four consecutive missing samples should be removed from statistical analysis. We have 15 ambulatory samples there is a probability of higher number of missing will be expected. Please suggest me what criteria to capture to minimize missing data in protocol So I wonder how statistical section will look like.

Every reply greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
VSP.
