Dear Vishal,

If you want to do the job fully and properly you will need to validate the duration of centrifugation (that's the easy part, you only need a chronometer !), speed of the centrifuge, and temperature inside.

How it can be done is to be discussed with the provider, and whether anybody will ever look at these data is another question.
