Dear All Every guideline states that 10 hours fasting shall be complied before drug administration. If there is an deviation in fasting compliance what will be the effect on the study Please kindly help me in this regard. Regards IM |

Dear InduM, Difficult to give a general rule ! A 5-minute deviation for one subject would have no impact, but if several subjects were in the fed state this would be problematic. You'll have to handle and evaluate this on a case-by-case basis. Regards Ohlbe |
