 Study Protocol guid­ance (esp. PD) [Regulatives / Guidelines]

Hi..,

Is there special ICH guidelines for the protocol design other than contents mentioned in the 6.0 section of the ICH E6 of 1996?

Kindly let me know if there is any other guidelines (or any standard template for the protocol synopsis and protocol) is there for the same.
