Dear all,

Any one suggest me regarding exclusion of subjects from PK analysis which have three consecutive missing samples.

is it mention in any guidlines ? what is the basis for the same ?

Hi,

Where are the missing datapoints on the curve? Absorption phase, Cmax, elimination phase?
