I must be stupid, but can someone make some sense on this?

1) Two different formulations, someone in my group suggested evaluating (Test-Fed) vs (Ref-Fasting). Test is a powder containing the same granules as the Ref which is a tablet containing the same granules as the test (compressed into a tablet with some excipients). :ponder:
