Hi Sai! ❝ Ctau is a steady state parameter, but we want to calculate the same from single dose study. If haven’t heard the term “Cτ” either. Do you have a reference? If you are able to get a reliable estimate of λz you may estimate Ĉmin at the intended dose interval.
