AUCinf may be calculated based on the observed last concentration (AUCinf=AUCt+Ct,obs/lambdaz) or the last concentration predicted (AUCinf=AUCt+Ct,pred/lambdaz) from the estimation of lambdaz. Since the observed last concentration carries the highest degree of uncertainty (closest to the LLOQ), this error is forwarded to the estimated residual area. Therefore it is a good idea to use the predicted concentration instead. See this thread. ❝ I know how to do AUCpred calculation from this post.
