 ID Proof for Volunteers in Screening [GxP / QC / QA]

Dear All

In BA/BE studies, which ID proofs are takent to volunteers for screening. Is there any specification for taking the Identifation of volunteers (EX: Marks list, Ration card, Votor Card, PAN card, BUS PASS etc.,)
Please give me the suggestions for this one

Generally people are considering such ID proof which shows the subject's age / Date of birth (Driving licence, Passport, School / collage ID proof, school leaving certificate, Birth certificate ...etc)
