Inclusion of 3 consecutive non-zero conc data with Cmax as a last Con in PK [PK / PD]

Hi All,

I would like to request you please explain the rationale behind the following statement:
Concentration Time profile of a drug must have at least 3 consecutive non-zero concentration data and of which the Cmax must not be the last quantifiable concentration in order to be included in the pharmacokinetic and statistical analyses.

Thanks in advance
