 Pharmacokinetic profiles [PK / PD]

Dear all,
Regards
I have pharmacokinetic profiles of a Test & Innovator product of compound X.
In the plot of %absorbed vs time, the difference in percent absorbed at around the Tmax is very less, about 10%.
But in the plot of concentration vs time, the difference in maximum concentration acheived at Tmax is about 50%.
Does this implicate anything peculiar ?
Kindly suggest.

Which method are you using to calculate % absorbed??

i used Wagner Nelson method to calculate the % Absorbed.
