Dear BEAR inventor, I am thinking that if BEAR produces summary tables for all individual PK parameters in each subjects in NCA output, that could be very nice. I know that key paramters used in BE analysis were already tabulated, but for other parameters such as Lamda Z, Vd, or others, they were reported separately under each subjects. It could be very nice, if BEAR pull them together in one table for all subjects. Second, when we manually select the points to estimate lambda Z, the pop-up window showing graphic selection appear. I can save each window as pdf or jpg or other image formats one by one. Are there anyways to save them all at once? or BEAR can include these figures in output files in pdf. Thanks, Sarawut Edit: Category changed. [Helmut] |

Dear Sarawut, ❝ I am thinking that if BEAR produces summary tables for all individual PK ❝ parameters in each subjects in NCA output, that could be very nice. Yes, very nice suggestion. I will think about your suggestion and also how to do well in next release. Maybe we can output these individual PK parameters as a .csv file (like WNL?). We tried to do this before, but the output looked somewhat ugly on R console or as .txt file when a BE/BA trial was involved with many subjects, such as more than 24s, because the Table will be a little big. ❝ separately under each subjects. It could be very nice, if BEAR pull them ❝ together in one table for all subjects. Yes, absolutely. There should be two such tables (for both Ref. and Test products). Technically, it should not be too trouble to generate such Table at all. ❝ pdf or jpg or other image formats one by one. Are there anyways to save ❝ them all at once? or BEAR can include these figures in output files in pdf. If I interpret your comments correctly, bear will generate a output file called NCAplots.pdf in R working directory. Please check your R working directly for this output file after running analysis. In this pdf file, it contains all individual plots. You don't have to save the plots one by one. Let me know if I misunderstand what you mean here. — All the best, -- Yung-jin Lee bear v2.9.2:- created by Hsin-ya Lee & Yung-jin Lee Kaohsiung, Taiwan https://www.pkpd168.com/bear Download link (updated) -> here |

Dear Prof. Yung-jin Lee, Thank you very much for your quick response. The *.CSV format could be very nice for me. You understand me correctly but the last. In NCA plot.pdf, it did not include curves with selected points for calculating Lambda Z, it just show all Cp vs time curve and average curves. In manual selection, the pop-up windows show this graphic selection for Lambda Z and can be saved one by one, but NCA plot.pdf does not include this graphic selection. Well, I think it's minor thing, but maybe just need little recoding. And if possible, the data range that were used for Lambda Z should be summarized in a tabulated format too. Thanks for this very nice software. Sarawut |

Dear Sarawut, Please just call me Yung-jin. Colleagues of this Forum call us bears. I like that too. ❝ You understand me correctly but the last. ❝ In NCA plot.pdf, it did not include curves with selected points for ❝ calculating Lambda Z, it just show all Cp vs time curve and average ❝ curves. O.k., I've got your point now. I will put this on my to-do list for bear of next version, because it may take more time to add this feature. ❝ Well, I think it's minor thing, but maybe just need little recoding. Yes, I believe it will make bear even better. ❝ And if possible, the data range that were used for Lambda Z should be ❝ summarized in a tabulated format too.
