bear installation problem [🇷 for BE/BA]

Hi,

I would like to request your assistance regarding the installation of the "bear" package in RStudio using "preinst". I have encountered some difficulties and I am unable to install it properly. I have followed the usual installation steps, but I am receiving errors during the process.
I would like to know if anyone has encountered this issue before or if they have any specific recommendations for correctly installing "bear" from "preinst". Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!
Helmut

 bear 2.9.1 on 🇷 4.3.1

Hi Imph,

I think that’s not possible in RStudio. For the procedure in any version of [image] > 4.1.3 see this post (follow the other linked post).

Update: Works for all versions up to 4.4.2 (2024-10-31).
