bear package 2.90 in R: data export [🇷 for BE/BA]

Hi everyone
I'm new to bear (sorry for stupid question:)

I have results of bioequivalence testing 2x2x2 in xlsx file (Win10).
After rearranging the data in one-cell format like "subj","seq","prd","time","conc" (eg. 1,2,2,0,0 or 1,2,2,0.25,2771.252) and saving the file with csv extension, bear 2.90 is not able to calculate statistics and gives me output
" Error in `contrasts<-`(`*tmp*`, value = contr.funs[1 + isOF[nn]]) :contrasts can be applied only to factors with 2 or more levels".
But NCA is performed and plots are built.
What's wrong with the dataset?
