Randomization Crossover Bioequivalence [🇷 for BE/BA]

Dear All,

Could you please give me an advice for the software R use for subject randomization Balanced for sex?

Example: 72 subjects being:
36 for test medication and 36 for reference medication
of the 36 subjects on the test medication: 18 female and 18 male
of the 36 subjects of the reference medication: 18 female and 18 male

Thank you,

Ana Cristina Mazuqueli

 Randomization Crossover Bioequivalence

Hi Ana Cristina,

❝ 36 for test medication and 36 for reference medication

❝ of the 36 subjects on the test medication: 18 female and 18 male

❝ of the 36 subjects of the reference medication: 18 female and 18 male

This can be done in R without too much coding.
But why is the title something with crossover when the description here is not suggestive of such a design? Was the 36+36 (or 18+18+18+18) only applicable for period 1?

Pass or fail!
