 problem with 2x2x4 design [🇷 for BE/BA]

Very good written, but about design 2x2x2. My investigation has design 2x2x4 and i want ask you, please check, did i enter my data correct?
Subj is my subjects, here 10 people (indeed i have 20, but in this example i gave only 10)
seq -sequence : if 1 then sequence TRTR, if 2, then sequence RTRT
Prd -period. There are 4 periods here
tmt is drug 1-R(reference) 2 is T(test)
time and conc is time and concenration. The subjects took R and T drugs two time.
For example the first subject took test drug in first time in 1 period. In the second period subj took first time Ref drug. In the 3 period subject took test drug in second time, and in 4 period subject took reference drug in second time.

Please tell me, is it correct entered data or i must enter data in another way. Have you got examples for 2x2x4 design?

and second question, when i start analysis i get this mistake Error in
lm.fit(x, y, offset = offset, singular.ok = singular.ok, ...) :
  NA/NaN/Inf в 'y'

What is it and how i can fix it?
