 R-Software for Williams’ Design [🇷 for BE/BA]

Dear Members,

Appreciate if could have your feedback on the following questions.
  1. May I know if there is any software in R that can handle Williams’ design ?
  2. Can Bear be used for 3x3x3 and 4x4x4 (or William Design) ? Any other software in R that can handle these study designs ?
  3. Bear can analyze full replicate design, RTRT/TRTR. What about RTTR/TRRT or other sequence ?
Thank you.

Regards,
Ken

 R-Software for Williams' Design

Dear Ken,

❝ [...]

❝ 1. May I know if there is any software in R that can handle Williams’ design ?

Probably you should google this.

❝ 2. Can Bear be used for 3x3x3 and 4x4x4 (or William Design) ? Any other software in R that can handle these study designs ?

No, bear can only handle 2-treatment, 2-sequence, and 2-6 periods non-replicated or replicated crossover studies. Sorry about this.

❝ 3. Bear can analyze full replicate design, RTRT/TRTR. What about RTTR/TRRT or other sequence ?

RTTR/TRRT? yes, should be fine.

Hope this can help.
