 4 way design analysis [General Sta­tis­tics]

Hi can any one tell me. In case of four way design. if SWR<0.294 then we use average bio equivalence criteria. Is it mean that I have to find the average for each parameter i.e. cmax, AUCt, AUC_inf. Then what should we do with the period variable, :confused::confused::confused:
